We Think

The silver-plated version! This is Yamaha's superb intermediate Bb cornet which will help the developing player's musical performance both in tone and projection, as it features a medium-large bore.

It's a comfortable medium-weight instrument to hold and is well balanced, making it easier for the progressing student to control, particularly when adjusting tuning in both high and low registers with the aid of the 1st slide hook and 3rd slide ring.

It will soon become apparent when playing this cornet that it has a smooth action - this is down to the top-sprung hand-lapped monel valves, which incidentally is a hard wearing metal.

The Yamaha YCR-4330GSII silver-plated cornet includes a Yamaha CR-11E4 mouthpiece as well as valve oil and a cleaning cloth. This cornet comes complete with its own Yamaha hard case with for great protection and easy transportation to and from rehearsals and concerts.
