These models are NOT touch-sensitive, which makes them more suitable for young beginners who haven't yet developed strong finger muscles.
Although some of the instruments may have a MIDI socket for connecting these models to computers, some are not compatible with the industry standard GM (General MIDI) protocol, so their use with computer music software (Cubase, Music Ace, Sibelius for example) is limited. For models with sensitive keys, and full GM compatibility, see our selection of "Progressive Keyboards".
