The radio microphone systems selected here are either VHF (Very High Frequency) or UHF (Ultra High Frequency) systems.  

We think that VHF systems are strictly for amateur or early years educational use.  The UHF systems tend to be less cluttered with other radio users in the area (fewer taxis!) and the dual-diversity models use two receivers to minimise the chance of signal "dropping out" during your performance.
