There's a lot of talk about Cubase v6, the new Windows 7 version of the highly popular professional studio sequencer.

There was last year a cut-down version of Cubase 5 called Cubase Studio 5, but this year the scaled-down version has been launched under the name Cubase Artist.  And what a masterpiece this is going to prove to be, as we can see it will be just perfect for 90% of our customers.

Provided that you have a shiny new computer running Windows 7, you'll find that Cubase Artist will be a very sophisticated, up-to-date audio and MIDI tool, which will allow you to record any style of music in absolute clarity, and to high-quality standards.  In a secondary school set-up, it could part of a package working with Cubase Essentials, and our advisors would be happy to discuss a quotation which provides a sensible mix of these programs for the Music Department.
