This student model has an easy-blowing head-joint, making it responsive within the first two octaves. The higher notes in the third octave require much more control over the embouchure in order to produce them with precision and clarity. It is a closed key model (plateau) with the split E mechanism and offset G. It will take any student to grade 5.
