The FP4-f lighweight 'mobile' piano adopts Roland's acclaimed 'Ivory G-feel' keyboard (with escapement) for ultra authentic feel, and relies on the wonderful SUPERnatural piano engine at it's heart, (with damper, key-off and string resonance elements) for a beautifully rich and dynamic sound.

Sensibly priced, the slim and compact FP4-f gives scope to experiment with any of the 345 sounds which have been carefully selected from Roland's sound library, and these wonderful voices can be split or layered across the 88 keys. These sounds cover of course a myriad of acoustic and electric pianos, but stretch to orchestral, woodwind, synths and drum kits.

Digital effects are standard issue with this type of instrument (with reverb and rotary speaker effects for the superb onboard organs), and a 4-band digital EQ allows the user to tailor the overall tone which is then monitored via stero 12-watt speakers.

Being portable at just 16.6Kg, the FP4-f also sees line outputs should you wish to take it on stage and connect to an existing amp system or PA. the FP4-f also provides the live user with a huge range of programmable registration memories for instant recall of your own personal 'scene setups' on stage.

Other features include a 30,000 note MIDI sequencer for recording and offloading your performances to USB memorystick, but this media also allows for streaming digital 'WAV' files should you wish to play along with songs you may have downloaded from i-Tunes for example. A 'centre-cancel' feature helps disguise the vocal or melody track from the file, allowing YOU to play over the top!
