A powerful, expandable 'Fantom' sound engine, together with USB audio functionality, Roland's Sonic-Cell is a superbly designed powerhouse in one compact, affordable unit.

The power comes from a 128-note poly engine which features the waves from the mighty 'Fantom' range of pro synthesisers, and every conceivable sound is covered from drums, to orchestral and amazing stringed instruments.

Not enough? Expansion slots for 2 x SRX boards are provided and 64 exciting 'Performance' setups are also onboard. It plays format 0 and 1 MIDIfiles as well as audio formats including .wav, MP3 and AIFF - ideal for quality backing tracks if you are a live, solo player.

The Sonic-Cell even acts as a low latency audio interface with stereo line inputs with conversion rates up to 96kHz. With a sleek, black finish, the Sonic-Cell is small in size, yet massive on potential and will find it's way in to home studios and live performances.
