Sonar X1 Producer

Sonar X1-Producer sees a much more detailed range of tools for recording, editing and exporting music created on your PC. Note that this special edition is for official school orders only.

Certainly the comparisons between this version of Sonar and the entry-level 'Essential' version is vastly different in most areas, especially in the number of  included instruments (21 found in this version), which include 'True Piano' modelling and Roland Groovesynth!

The mixer sees an upgrade too with the superb 'Prochannel' version and graphically it looks superb, with real looking VU meters and channel strips.

Looks are not everything though, so it may be of interest to know that in terms of actual recording, 'Producer' provides unlimited audio tracks (either 32 or 64-bit), as well a suite of mastering tools.

The 'Skylight' interface is customisable too, allowing the composer the freedom to personalise the screen.
