A MIDI interface adaptor cable for PC soundcards. The cable has a 15 pin D-connector to 2 MIDI plugs, with a joystick through-port so you can re-connect your joystick if you have one, and an opto-isolator circuit. Approx. 3m (10ft) long. This is probably the best cable to use to connect a digital piano to a standard multimedia PC, as there is enough cable to have the computer some distance away from the piano.
