Tascam DP-03

For those who remember the Tascam range of world-beating 'Porta Studios', the CD-burner equipped DP03 is a modern day version of some of those classic machines but in a much more compact and user-friendly form with amazing onboard audio tools and features.

Crystal clear digital recording is obtainable quickly and easily using the DP03 as this very compact model features few knobs. However, the LCD display shows the status of your progress and this palm-sized unit records directly to either CD or SD/SDHC cards.

With stereo inputs located along the back panel for connecting guitars, drum machines and keyboards, the DP-03 allows you to build up your arrangement until you've filled up all eight tracks. The Bounce feature allows you to consolidate tracks and make room for more overdub layers.

Track editing and undo is also available and for more capturing options, stereo condenser microphones are built-in too making the DP03 ideal in the classroom / practice room for students who need to get ideas down quickly without any fuss.

Handy tools such as a bult-in metronome and guitar tuner make an appearance, and multi-band mastering effects and phantom power also feature!

The built-in CD burner also allows for the importing of audio files from CD.
