Yamaha YPT220

The YPT220 takes over the reins from the incredibly popular YPT210 that we supplied to schools all over the world over the past few years, and this latest upgraded model is supplied with a mains adaptor!

The YPT220 is a superb, budget, KS2 educational keyboard, and is perhaps one of the most important additions to Yamaha's keyboard line-up!

Easy to use, the YPT220 provides the fundamental elements of keyboard training, suitable for both teacher and student. With a diverse range of built-in sounds (now totalling 375 voices) as well as 12 drum kits which can also be played across the 61-note (splittable) keyboard, the YPT210 provides an exciting, authentic mix of sounds which are sure to inspire KS2 students!

MIDI in and out sockets allow connection to a computer for data input; digital reverb provides a 'hall' effect to embellish the sounds and 100 left-hand accompaniment styles are available via the stereo speakers which are built in.

Compact and portable, Yamaha have clearly designed the YPT220 as a low-cost educational model where melody and chord skills are paramount - the YPT220 fulfills this brilliantly!
