We Think

This is the FGX800ii which is Yamaha's entry-level electro-acoustic, employing SYSTEM66 electronics, with piezo pickup and a range of onboard tone control.

The FXG800 is a dreadnought or traditional western body shape, and the solid spruce top ensures a rich sound throughout the range, whilst a revision with scalloped bracing, gives this lovely model increased volume, tone and projection.

The fretting is smooth, playability is exceptional and the intonation is fantastic, whilst the thinner neck makes this a popular model with players of all ages.
