We Think

Yamaha's stunning electro-acoustic steel strung folk guitar, which emplys Yamaha developed System 66 electronics, and is available in various finishes.

Featuring a solid spruce top for a rich sound, but this is helped by its rosewood back and sides, which provides improved and rich overtone with added sustain.

The FGX830 has die-cast chrome tuners, abalone soundhole inlay and scalloped bracing, giving this lovely model increased volume, tone and projection. A cutaway design, allowing players to reach the higher ranges.

With Yamaha-developed 'System 66' electronics (under-saddle piezo pickup), the controls include a 3-band EQ, an adjustable mid-range frequency control, and a precision chromatic tuner for optimum sound tailoring. The system is powered by easy to obtain AA-size batteries that provide a stable power supply for improved sound quality.
