Churches and Worship Groups
Many of our long-standing Educational customers, (the heads of school music departments), are also actively involved as music leader or organist at their local church. Our educational advice regarding microphones, digital pianos, organs, drum kits and percussion often applies to communities with an active music group. Most religious organisations have limited funds, but want robust and good quality equipment at a reasonable price – which is our speciality.
Fixed sound system installations, however, are NOT in our brief – this will require on-the-spot bespoke advice from a fully-qualified sound technician. If it’s to be portable – speak to us!
As well a long-term history of contacts with C of E establishments, Catholic churches and convents, Jewish communities and religious colleges, we regularly advise music leaders who run youth clubs attached to local places of worship.

The digital age is upon us, and we have updated our company's systems to provide Educationalists and Charities with the best possible service, with interactive links via email, the Starland website and our interactive "Request Quote" service. If you are researching a purchase on behalf of a Church or charity, log on to your school’s account for preferential educational prices.
Our system is uniquely interactive, as we start with a telephone conversation or an email from you, our customer, to establish your needs. An initial quotation is sent with some notes on each item with suggestions and useful tips if appropriate. We encourage you to respond with your thoughts, and then respond with an amended quote to meet your revised needs, and can do this several times until you are happy to discuss this with senior finance colleagues. A copy can be simply forwarded to ayour Finance office or treasurer, or printed for discussion in a meeting, or attached to a bid from a funding organisation.
