Occasionally, a clean sweep is required, and a complete re-design of the aims and resources of the Music Department is called for.  Although we have occasionally done this "blind", so-to-speak, when a new building is being fitted out and the Music staff have not yet been appointed, this is NOT our preference. 

We believe in working closely with both the department head and the finance department to prepare a plan which meets both of their needs, and provides the pupils with a Music Department which inspires them, and the Governors with a facility which they can be proud of.

However, a major investment (£15,000 - £50,000) requires not only very careful planning (which we can do) but also some canny financing (which we can arrange through a leasing company) and can incorporate a long-term maintenance program to keep the music investment in tip-top condition (which we can also do).
