We Think

Yamaha's professional glock uses a new high carbon-steel material which has been treated with a special tempering process helping to produce a pure, bright tone.

It features a single pin bar mounting and nodal point support string, minimizing the contact with the tone bar. The combination of the pin bar mounting and the nodal point support string system enables an excellent sustain and resonance from the bars.

Certainly a popular model, Yamaha's YG250D has a 2.5 octave range (F2 - C5), and is tuned to 442Hz.

Supplied with a case and mallets.
