We Think

The Tascam DP32SD has an extended range of channels (now 32 configured as 8 mono and 12 stereo), and and is the successor to their very popular 2488-Neo. A breeze to use courtesy of the 3.5" colour LCD display which is linked to 12 rotary encoders for quick, logical navigation.

The DP32 has an array of built-in useful tools and storage to capture a band rehearsal or performance. Please note that this is a 32-track playback model and records EIGHT tracks simultaneously via the combo XLR/TRS jack inputs, where a musical instrument can be plugged in directly in to one of the channels. Phantom power is available for ALL of the XLR inputs when using condenser microphones.

With separate EQ on each channel as well as a multitude of onboard effects (8 simultaneously), your mix can be recorded very quickly and easily before saving to (up to) 2Gb SD card or 32Bg SDHC card types.

The DP32SD is a staggering digital studio given the price point, and it is as flexible as it is easy to use (unlike other digital studios!). Compact and lightweight, the DP32SD is an ideal hub for recording a school band quickly and efficiantly - without having to reach for the owners manual!
