We Think

Roland's VR730 is one of those professional instruments selected by musicians who know what they are after, and this 73-note (waterfall keyboard) portable stage organ/piano combo instrument is most certainly a specialist model.

With 268 voices, 56 rhythms, audio streaming, D-Beam and battery power for full portability, the lightweight (9.9kg) VR730 combo is a 73-note touch-sensitive model which captures the essence of vintage sounds, the likes of which organ aficionados will salivate over!

The panel layout with access to 100 user registration memories as well as nine physical drawbars ranging from 1' through to16', with Roland's stunning 'Tonewheel technology' producing a lush, rich swirl of organ sounds. Add from the selection of effects (overdrive anyone?), and you can instantly recreate those old 60's and 70's classic voices including historic electric piano voices. The synth voices onboard are simply stunning with retro classics and modern voices which will inspire!

The VR730 plays a variety of formats including SMF (format 0 & 1), and adopting Roland's latest trend, the VR09 features superb audio streaming of WAV formats from a memorystick, giving the solo performer a real backing band with quick, easy access to your repertoire!

With an extensive range of connections, live performance looking for classic sounds will feel right at home with the control layout, sound and looks of the VR730 combo, right down to the wooden side panels.

Supplied with a mains adaptor, check out the videos below for one example of how this beauty can sound!
