Yamaha's stunning looking, amazing sounding pro stage model, the P515 is suited to pro players, touring school bands and home enthusiasts who demand a superior key action, practical onboard tools, and ease of use!

In many ways, this lovely model is a portable Clavinova, and is astetically beautiful with a wood grain fascia panel set against a sleek contemporary chassis design. Sat in the centre is a cool blue LCD display, allowing you to navigate and customise your sounds and settings, and buttons are kept to a minimum.

The P515 emplys Yamaha's state-of-the-art sound sampling, with with voices captured from both the world-famous Yamaha CFX and Bosendorfer Imperial grand pianos. Users can explore the virtual 'Piano Room' function allowing you to customise and instantly call up the optimum settings for piano performance with a single button press.

Onboard is a full XG sound set too, with 480 instrument and drum kit sounds, whilst 40 authentic onboard rhythms take the place of a metronome. This arsenal of sounds can be played via the responsive NWX (Natural Wood X) keyboard with wooden keys (white only), with synthetic ebony and ivory keytops, and authentic escapement. It really is a joy to play for the discerning pianist!

The P515 is also Bluetooth compatible for streaming audio from your compatile device to the P515 onboard speakers. Users can also download the 'Smart Pianist' app for iOS, connect your device, which can then be used as a  touch screen interface that makes navigating the sounds and settings of P515 even easier!

USB compatible with MIDI as standard, the P-515 is set to be the new standard for use on stage too, in school halls and for Church performances. This is partly due to the fact that the P-515 features stereo line outputs (jack type), allowing it to be connected to a PA system or 'combo' amplifier for extra volume where needed. That said, the configuration of onboard speakers have been carefully developed to optimise sound output without the need for additional amplifiers. The onboard speakers are rated at a respectable 15w per side and deliver the sound brilliantly.

With a staggering 256-notes of polyphony, the P515 has onboard effects in the form of high quality reverbs and chorus, and split, layer, tuning and transpose functions are all standard issue.

The P515 has onboard recordong with both MIDI and Audio recording at hand. Users can export songs as SMF format to an optional memorystick, or as digital audio in WAV format. With up to 80 minutes per song, this digital file can be edited on a computer or even emailed to the student, choir or band to help them rehearse. If the P515 is available for live performance with no player at hand, pop in the memorystick and the show really can go on!

Supplied with a music rest and mains adaptor and available in black (white is also avilable as a special order). However, this package also includes a sturdy height adjustable (folding) metal stand, adjustable stool and heavy duty gigbag.
