Yamaha DTX452K Digital Drums

Yamaha's beginner kit with improved pads and professional pedals, the DTX452 also provides a 3-zone snare for ultra realistic sound. 

The DTX452K still has at it's heart the sound quality found in Yamaha's more expensive models, and it is fair to say that Yamaha have geared this kit towards the novice, as it is easy to use and program, whilst featuring an interactive training program in it's 'brain' or module.

Complete with 10 legendary drum kits onboard, the DTX452K is a 5-piece digital drum kit. With 287 voices based on sounds from Yamaha's pro kits, you can play in various styles from heavy metal through to light jazz. The range of kits and sounds will certainly inspire students to to play and learn!

Yamaha's built-in tuition system is ideal for those who are just starting (or for those intermediate players who like a challenge!), and this system features several training tools based on timing, whilst the sensitive pads themselves are rubber and therefore don't allow the sticks to slide around allowing players to practice single, double and triple strokes with ease!

A headphone socket is standard issue which also doubles as an 'output' meaning that this kit could be connected to an amplifier. Talking of connections, there is even an i-Pod input socket as well as a USB connection for recording performances with music software.

All the essentials are supplied here (rack mounting hi-hat and quality YAMAHA kick pedal), although sticks and throne are not supplied (please see below for options including a suitable drum amplifier and headphones).
