Ideal for smaller students who don't quite have the reach required for a full scal model, the Hofner HCT 'Shorty' features a basswood top and back which not only keeps the Shorty bass lightweight, but brings a warm and full sound to the instrument. This is all made possible with help from the big old Humbucker bridge pickup!
