'Xylophone' is derived from the Greek words Xylon, meaning wood, and Phonos, meaning sound. They are similar to Glockenspiels and Metallophones, but always have wooden (or synthetic wood) notebars, instead of metallic notebars.

We have an excellent selection of classroom Xylophones shown below and as our range has expanded, we've moved our Professional models to the Concert Xylophone gallery.
