Slap Djembe Pre-Tuned 10"

Lightweight and hard wearing, this is our lowest cost synthetic shell djembe model with a 10" synthetic head and 50cm tall.

A pre-tuned budget model, this 'Slap Series' djembe stands approximately 50 in height, and has a unique playing surface with a printed drum head design showing where the hand should strike the drum in order to obtain a fabulous variety of tones (from punchy bass to cracking highs). When you hit the skin, let your hand bounce back allowing the sound to ring.

The skin head is bonded to the rim of the drum with adhesive, making it a lower cost model. We would normally recommend our better quality rope-tuned models.

Supplied with a carrying strap which attaches to fixed metal hoops for easy transportation, this 'Slap Series' djembe is weatherproof and so can be used indoors or outside.

Available in a variety of different head sizes too (6", 10", 8" and 12"), as well as classroom packages (4, 10 and 15 player packs).
