This is Yamaha's higher quality intermediate model, the YFL312UKID, and is designed for those 'progressive players'

A stunning flute with a solid silver straight headjoint, this revised model includes French pointed key arms, new pad cups (which results in a much more comfortable playing experience), revised optimised pads (which provides a better seal over the tone whole) and a revised soft padded carry case.

With a silver-plated body, the pillars have been increased in diameter to enhance the sound quality - this model will certainly see the student through the higher-grade examinations!
