Roland's stereo digital handheld recorders are used by broadcasters, journalists and in music education all over the world, and the R-07 represents a new lower price point whilst retaining superb quality 24-bit/up to 96kHz quality recording.

Available in three colours (black, white or red) and with USB Micro-B type connection, your captured audio can be quickly streamed to a PC for CD burning or editing. With a frequency response of 20 Hz – 40 kHz (!), onboard reverb can also be applied, and playback speed changed.

The R-07 looks great, sounds superb, and fits comfortably in your hand or your pocket. It’s easy to use yet provides truly professional results with one-touch recording setup. Its next-generation Bluetooth capabilities mean you can control, monitor and listen back wirelessly using supported smartphones, smartwatches and Bluetooth speakers. It comes in three stylish colors and runs on two AA batteries or USB bus power.

With up to 15 hours continuous use when powered from batteries, the R-07 is ideal for interviews, demos, classrooms, boardrooms, field recording etc. and the R-07 can automatically apply the ideal settings. When you select a 'Scene', the sample rate, record mode, limiter, low cut, and input level instantly adjust to their optimal settings. And you can alter any of the settings and save them for next time, so you’ll never miss that magic moment.

With a built-in rear speaker (rates at 3mW), the R-07 uses the latest Bluetooth technology with Qualcomm® aptXfor enhanced streaming performance. Remote control from your smartphone or from supported smartwatches. Manage recordings and ensure what’s being recorded is exactly what you want, even while the R-07 is in its prime recording location, and out of reach. Listen on wireless headphones or Bluetooth speakers.

It looks funky too with a graphic LCD 128 x 64 dots (white backlit), and is small enough to pop into a shirt pocket - this discreet little digital recorder is ideal for band rehearsals or various performances, and even has a tuner and metronome making it superb for practice too.
