Ideal for schools with a limited budget, these drums are pre-tuned with a synthetic shell and synthetic drum heads with a screen-printed surface.

Each has a heat sealed cotton cloth exterior and deluxe rubber no-scuff base and are supplied with clip on carrying strap attached to fixed metal hoops
