Casio LK-S450 (Lighting Keys)

An advanced 5-octave USB entertainment model with 'Aix' sounds and song sequencer, together with lighting keys for those learning to play.

The LK-S450 sees the inclusion of Lighting Keys which guide the player to play the correct notes when playing with built-in songs. The good news is that the lights can be turned off when the player becomes experienced! If yuo feel lighting keys are not necessary, we would suggest either Casio's CTK-3500 or CT-S300 models.

Battery or mains powered (see below for optional power supply), this portable design is a 5-octave USB (micro B) model with 600 voices, 200 accompaniment rhythms a retro design, and simple button interface. .

With newly designed 2.5w stereo speakers and 61 touch-sensitive full-sized keys, the LK-S450 has an uncluttered interface, with just the essentials at hand in the form of large, firm buttons and an LCD for quick navigation.

A host of connections are available including a microphone input allowing your voice to be heard via the speakers, as well as an auxillary input for streaming your track list from your i-Pod for example. A headphone socket (3.5mm MINI jack) is available for silent practice.

The latest technologies are employed for the voicing, and the extended range of 600 onboard sounds are authentic and inspiring. There is even a General MIDI (GM) set of voices too for those who wish to stream MIDIfiles from a computer or record original compositions over USB.

A 6-track (5-song) recorder is also onboard for those who wish to experiment with layering recorded tracks and composition.
