Yamaha Piaggero NP-35

An addition to Yamaha's 'Piaggero' series of keyboards and pianos, the USB compatible NP35 is a slimline 'mobile' practice piano with an elongated 76-note keyboard with s slightly heavier 'box-style' keyboard adding a nice reststance to the key action. A good idea for a travelling Music Teacher who requires a light and compact model WITHOUT hundreds of onboard sounds and features!

Supplied with a mains adaptor (but battery power is an option), the NP35 has a handful of just 15 important sounds including a premium acoustic piano voice, along with electric pianos, strings, organs and haprichords. Layering of sounds is available, together with a simple onboard song recorder (1 track).

The NP35 is ideal as a 'standalone' desktop model for general teaching and as a USB keyboard controller for PC or Macs running Sibelius, Garageband or Cubase products for example. 

With 64-notes of polyphony, the built-in 6w speakers are suited to practice rather than performance, and there are no audio outputs to be found (although a standard 6.35mm headphone jack is provided for silent practice).

Although not supplied with a pedal, an optional FC3 sustain/damper can be connected and 'half-pedalling' is supported.
