Yamaha's superb PSRi300 offers 644 onboard sounds, and has a special focus on a range of 30 stunning Indian voices. The PSR-i300 also boasts 224 musical styles from around the world, including 30 Indian styles.
Supplied with a mains adaptor, the PSRi300 provides composers with a 2-track song recorder and split / layer features are standard issue on an instrument of this 'progressive' level.
It adopts a sleek chassis with an LCD display which helps with navigation of the sounds, digital effects, rhythms and effects. A pitchbend wheel is onboard for sliding certain instrument sounds too!
The keyboards 'action' feels firm and is touch-sensitive to allow students to play with a level of expression (similar to a piano) and, for those who wish to use this model with Cubase, Sibelius or Garage Band for example, USB connectivity is standard issue.
It supports streaming audio from a device via a minijack socket on the rear panel, allowing the user to play their favourite tracks through the 2.5 watt stereo speaker system
