An extension to Roland's acclaimed 'RP' piano series, the RP701 employs 'SuperNATURAL' and Bluetooth technology, with the lighter weight PHA-4 STANDARD key action, and a wealth of apps to connect to on your smart device!

The amazing 324 tones (including SuperNATURAL piano voices) are matched by the PHA-4 Standard keyboard, whose escapement and ivory-touch white keys feel just right, even down to the distinctive “click” when each one is played. Also included is a Progressive Damper Action pedal, so you can practice the same half-pedal techniques you’ve learned at music lessons.

Influenced by the award-winning design of Roland’s high-end LX and HP series, the sophisticated cabinet blends curves and straight lines, with slim front legs that complete the visual statement.Using Bluetooth audio, you can connect to your tablet or smartphone, stream music through the RP701’s speakers or headphones, and then play along with your favorite artists.

And with Bluetooth MIDI, it’s simple to explore online teaching platforms like Skoove or try Roland’s Piano Every Day app, which automatically records your performance for self-assessment and challenges you to learn a new piece with the One Week Master program.

USB compatible, with additional socket for a memory stick, note that there are no line outputs on this model, so connecting to an external amplifier or PA is limited.

However, it's specifications read very well for this price bracket,with 256 note polyphony, 12w stereo speakers, acclaimed 'Piano Designer' function (for custom piano tones) and WAV song recorder, so there is plenty to keep you inspired!

Available in four finishes - dark rosewood, light oak, white or contemporary black.
